Coaching can lead to truly transformational change. Every coaching client is different and the way I work with clients is tailored for their needs. As a coaching client you may want to take a big leap forward in one or more of these areas:

How I Work with the People I Serve
My commitment to my clients:
Our coaching sessions are your meetings. They will always begin with asking about what's going on in your world, and no matter what I have planned for a coaching session, the focus will be on what's the best use of our time together to meet your needs.
Our conversations will be open, honest, and completely confidential. I will not share what we discuss with anyone. I also will never provide anyone an "evaluation" of you. Our discussions are a judgement free "safe space."
The tools and principles we discuss will be clear, simple, and usable so that you can apply them in your very complex world. I will never coach you on anything that I don’t use myself and find effective in my own life.
Coaching sessions take place using a Google Meet link sent to you which does not require any app or software. It provides a secure and high quality platform for our conversations.
Coaching Engagements
Establishing life changing ways of thinking and behaving takes time and focus. This is why coaching engagements require a minimum of a six month commitment.
6 Month Coaching Engagement
Includes:
A tailored approach to taking a significant step forward in your life. We will together determine the areas to focus on for your growth.
Scheduled 50 minute coaching sessions every two weeks.
Additional coaching sessions scheduled as needed.
Email support available during the coaching engagement.
After a key coaching topic is discussed, a 1 or 2 page summary of essential points for success on that topic.
Feedback can be gathered from the people you work closely with if this will be helpful to you.
6 Month Support Coaching Engagement
For long term clients wanting to support new behaviors, address particular issues of concern, or wanting a sounding board and perspective from a trusted advisor.
Includes:
Scheduled 50 minute coaching sessions every four weeks.
Email support available during the coaching engagement.
After a key coaching topic is discussed, a 1 or 2 page summary of essential points for success on that topic.
Feedback can be gathered from the people you work closely with if this will be helpful to you.
Year Long Intensive Coaching Engagement
Includes:
Interviewing key people who work with you.
Scheduled 90 minute coaching sessions every two weeks.
Additional coaching sessions scheduled as needed.
Email support available during the coaching engagement.
After a key coaching topic is discussed, a 1 or 2 page summary of essential points for success on that topic.

Part of the value I offer my clients is the depth of knowledge and experience gathered over a 40 year career as a leader, executive coach, and consultant with Hewitt Associates.

I have particularly deep experience in the healthcare industry, including being an executive coach for over 180 physicians.
My Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and my Master of Arts Degree in Communication helped prepare me for my career journey and to serve my clients.

In the session I share what has worked for my clients to build their resiliency during challenging times and how these tools and approaches can help us build our emotional intelligence. Typically 1 hour.
Essentials of Leadership
Sharing decades of experience, this session outlines the absolute “must have” skills for becoming an engaging leader that people want to follow. Typically 1 hour.
Time Management and Building Resiliency
This session will share tools and concepts that will help you be more productive, reduce feelings of being overwhelmed, and build resiliency to create a better life. Typically 1 hour.
Embracing Feedback
Feedback is essential to being a great team and for our own personal development. This session helps participants learn the critical steps in delivering and receiving feedback. Typically 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Improving Listening Skills and Resolving Conflicts
This session will help you improve your listening skills and understand how to apply these listening skills when resolving a conflict. Typically 45 minutes to 1 hour.
